Cooler weather and rain.......finally!

We've had several thunder storms that have come through but none as impressive as the one that came through this morning around 7:30 a.m. It was so dramatic! According to the weather man on TV, the white cloud is called a "shelf cloud" and is the leading edge of the storm. The sky/clouds were very dark behind the cloud. We didn't get much rain but there was some high wind. We have discovered a few more interesting things about hi-rise living. You can "hear the rain on the roof" so may not know it is raining. Rain looks different when you look down on it rather that out at it. Since we're high, you can's see it if you look straight out. No 100 degree days for the next week! 8-)
