Copeland's of New Orleans

We took a break today from Southern Cooking to try some Creole food. There is a Copeland's here in Little Rock and they are famous for authentic Cajun/Creole cooking like that in New Orleans. The Copeland's chain was started by the guy who started Popeye's Chicken which we have become addicted to since we have been here. Anyway, Larry went for the Shrimp Creole today and give it 2 thumbs up. I tired it but it was a lot more spicy that I could go for and I like spicy food. Apparently, according to the server, it's the most spicy item on the menu. This pic is a fountain in the entry. Just wine bottles in a brick wall with water flowing from them. Kinda neat and very different!
